THIS IS INSANE.

Thank you, thank you, thank you to those who voted, and of course the lovely judges who picked my banners. I think I may start crying, tbh. I wasn't expecting all this at all, but it really means a lot.

From VampiresHaveLaws

I adore this banner. I remember instantly pausing on Rumour Has It when glancing through the entries first time around. I wasn’t scoring at this point, I was simply looking for those special banners that would immediately catch my eye. This one was definitely one of them.

I love the subtle colouring and the warm tones. And the blending is flawless. It’s clean and pretty and I love the narrative helped along by the title and tagline. (I also love the Adele song that inspired them, so this was an added bonus.)

I seriously can’t say enough good things about this banner. It was my favourite from the start, and while non-canon pairings are not usually my thing, I wouldn’t change a single aspect. It’s gorgeous.

Non-Canon Awards - 1st Place!

Thank you to those of you who voted for me! As always, I share this with idealskeptic...she inspired me to create a banner that rains :)

I've been nominated in the Non-Canon Awards!

My story Built on a Lie (Jasper/Angela) was nominated for Best Other Non-Canon Pairing. I got an awesome little nominee banner for it, too! It's double as special, as my banner for idealskeptic's Remember When It Rained was also nominated for Best Banner. Thank you to whoever it was that nominated me!

Voting starts June 13th: http://thenon-canonawards.blogspot.co.uk/p/nominees.html

TwiFic Graphic Awards

EEEP! I don't know where to start - I guess to say thank you so so much to those who voted for my banners - it really does mean a lot. Can't get over that honorable mention for Best Overall Artist *grins* I was up against some amazing artists, many of which are in my list of favourites. Well done to all the other winners, you guys deserve it! You can check them out here: http://twificpics.com/graphicawards/?p=343

Here are my winning banners:

Emerging Swan Awards

*points above*

Fraternizing is Forbidden was nominated for Best Cullen Lovin’ (Excluding E/B). Go Jalice!

Voting is open now, I *think* it closes September 5th. Here's the link: http://emergingswanawards.blogspot.com/p/voting.html

Honorable Mentions...

I have some of these, as well!

Now I get to share Best Banner with idealskeptic and koko23cat. Could I ask for anything better?

This one is a little more surprising...but thank you to whoever voted for Robbie!

ETA: Just saw I got another :)

Hopeless Romantic Awards - I Won Something?!

I'm going to be shameless and show off that a few days ago, I won two golden apples! *dances*

Over the past month, the Hopeless Romantic Awards have been taking in nominations, and while I was nominated for a couple of their awards, I didn't expect anything, given the amazing stories/banners I was up against. But...I was proved wrong, and I'm happy to say it was for the two things I find most important in the Twilight Fandom - Jasper/Alice and banners.

The best part is I get to share them with two of the loveliest people I've met through reading and writing fanfiction - Best Banner with Nic's story (idealskeptic), and Take My Hand by koko23cat came up top for Best Jasper and Alice (as well as the other 13 awards! - should I demand another speech?) Love you two!

Now, who wants to check out my the apples? *muffles laughter*

Thank you to those of you who voted for me! *kisses*

Some other good news is my story Built on a Lie was nominated for the The Peanut Butter & Bananas Award (Most Unusual Pairing) in the Tomato Soup Awards by the lovely Kats Flower Girls. I think voting starts around the start of September, as they're still taking in nominations at the moment. Who is ready for the next round??
